I grew up in a small‑business family. My dad built from nothing, and I watched what it takes: early mornings, late nights, and a hundred unglamorous decisions done right. Nothing was given—so I learned to earn.

A couple years back I decided to rebuild my body. Down 70+ pounds and still cutting toward bodybuilding. Same rules as everything else: simple plan, disciplined reps, consistent execution.
